ACE Mentoring Expansion

ACE Mentoring Expansion broadens access to mentorship, networking, and hands-on learning in architecture, construction, and engineering, enabling more students to explore and pursue careers in the ACE industries.

In partnership with PCPS and the nationally recognized ACE Mentorship Program, we are excited to expand access beyond Bartow High School into the North Lakeland and Winter Haven areas.

This program connects industry professionals with students interested in architecture, construction, and engineering through mentorship, hands-on projects, and career exploration.

Participants benefit from:

• Exposure to real-world projects that simulate industry experiences.
