Chair

Todd is the former Chief Customer Officer at Bloomerang and former CEO and Co-Founder of Qgiv. He played a key role in bringing Bloomerang and Qgiv together—combining Bloomerang’s donor and volunteer relationship management with Qgiv’s fundraising tools—to help create a unified giving platform for nonprofits. Prior to the acquisition, Qgiv served more than 6,500 nonprofits across the U.S. and Canada who have collectively raised over $3 billion through year-round giving, peer-to-peer, event-based fundraising, and related tools. Today, Bloomerang supports 23,000+ nonprofits and is the non-profit industry’s leading giving platform with integrated fundraising, CRM/donor management, and volunteer management software for nonprofits.

Earlier in his career, Todd served as President and CEO of Cipher Integrations, a Central Florida–based managed service and IT provider that was acquired by DSM in 2021.

He earned his MS in IT Management, with highest distinction, from Carnegie Mellon University, and received his BS in Computer and Information Sciences, summa cum laude, from Florida State University. He holds a broad range of industry certifications, including a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) and a Microsoft Certified Network Engineer 2003 + Security (MCSE + Security). In January 2010, Todd was named by The Ledger as one of 20 young professionals to watch under the age of 40 and was also named a Polk County Emerging Leader in 2011.

Todd current serves on the board and is the Chair of ConnectED Polk and has served in a variety of civic and nonprofit leadership roles, including the Lakeland Area Economic Development Council (Past Chair) and the Florida Polytechnic University Foundation. He has also served as a Director for the United Way of Central Florida and the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce, and held leadership roles with Camp Fire USA Sunshine Council (Past President) and the Imperial Symphony Orchestra (Past Chair). Todd also previously served on the steering committees for Lakeland Vision and Emerge Lakeland, and is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXV.
